I ordered from shopneighbour.com and the packaging was just kind of average, the box showed up with one side a little dented which made me a bit nervous at first, but luckily everything inside was fine and nothing was broken.

They did put some padding in there, so it wasn’t like it was totally careless, but I still felt like it could’ve used a bit more protection, overall it was okay and the order arrived safely, I just expected it to be packed a little better.

I had a small issue with my order and felt a little ignored at the start when I wasn’t sure anyone had seen my message. But support did get back to me quickly after that, and they were really friendly. They sorted it out without making it a big hassle, which I appreciated.

In the end, I was pleasantly surprised, my order arrived faster than I expected. Shipping was quick, and everything went smoothly.

I’m giving 2 stars because at least the delivery actually arrived, but the order itself was messed up. One item came in the wrong size, and another was missing completely, which is frustrating when you’re expecting everything to be checked before it goes out.
Support did get back to me eventually, but it felt like I had to jump through extra steps to fix a mistake that wasn’t mine. What annoyed me most was how it seemed like their policies have these little loopholes where missing or wrong items become the customer’s problem to prove. Not the absolute worst experience, but I’m definitely not in a hurry to order again...

The sizing was mostly right for me. It fits well overall, though the sleeves are a little longer than I’d like. Not annoying enough to deal with a return, and I don’t really trust customer service to make that process painless anyway

The site was easy enough to figure out, so I did get through it, but it felt like I kept getting stuck waiting on pages to load. The menus were kind of all over the place too, like I was being made to work harder than I should have just to find basic stuff. It works, but I wish it was smoother

I ordered from Neighbour because I’ve always liked their style and wanted to support them, but I got hit with a big duties bill when the package arrived. I knew there might be some extra fees, but I didn’t expect it to be that much. It made the whole order way more expensive than I’d planned. I still like the brand, which makes it kind of disappointing, but I don’t think I’d order again unless the costs were clearer upfront.

I tried placing an order for a few things, but about half of what I wanted ended up not being available. Some items even looked like they were in stock at first, and then once I clicked through, suddenly they weren’t. Am I the only one who finds that really annoying? It felt like such a waste of time. I just wish they’d keep the product availability updated more accurately.

I’ve had a good experience browsing Neighbour. They carry a nice mix of brands, including a few labels I don’t usually come across on bigger retail sites, which I appreciate. To be fair, the prices aren’t always the lowest, so it’s worth comparing if you’re on a budget. But the selection feels well put together, and I was able to find a few pieces I really liked without much hassle

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too long. Just kinda frustrating at this point, honestly

I expected better for what I paid. It looked nice in the photos, but in person it felt cheap. The stitching was messy, and after just a few uses it already started coming apart. I mean, for the price, you’d assume it would at least hold up decently. I wouldn’t buy from here again.
